COSME DECORTÉ’s emulsion is very good at softening your skin, and by using it first, your skin is supplemented with lipids and moisture that is similar in composition to the skin itself. Your stratum corneum will be instantly loosened and softened. If your skin is softer, the next skin care product you use will penetrate better. So don’t worry- it won’t prevent penetration.
